Yes, it's very easy to put together. You can use the mini screwdriver it comes with, or you can screw it in by hand.

Q: Will cupcakes with toppers fit in this stand?

These were for my daughters wedding , I never did make it to the cup cakes but she said she thinks topper will fit. Her response is below. Probably like a half inch of apace
