Finally a trailer jack lift that won't wobble and make you uneasy about where your toes are or leave you wondering if you need to be wearing steel-toe boots when operating the lift. The wheel is stout enough, wide enough and rolls easily on smooth paved surfaces. Any other surface you will be hard pressed to get it moving. Nothing compares to an inflatable tire on grass or gravel. This hard plastic wheel won't roll in rough terrain, but it will resist sinking in dirt because of its width. The wheel lock is very effective and kept my 3,000 lb craft from moving at all. The rotate release mechanism allows you to rotate it to set notched positions from 0 - 90 degrees relative to the ground. This is the first lift I have ever seen that has a handle lock; this is a nice feature to prevent the handle from dancing for miles while you are towing it. This insures it is kept up and away from the ground from snagging anything. The styling has been considered as well; this just doesn't simply look like a tire jack, it actually has style. All the handles are ergonomically designed and fit well while actuating. Crank height is exceptional since it allows me to exaggerate the angle to get my bilge to completely drain out the drain plug. The fixed height adj when you install it must be set correctly, because once you mount this on the trailer, you can't adj the coarse height without having to remove the mounting bolts. 3 years in- not quite "maintenance free". I have been pretty happy with the jack overall. I use my boat exclusively in saltwater. After three years, the handle froze up. I broke the bolt trying to remove it, hammered it out, and replaced it with a new stainless bolt and sleeve coated with marine grease. I also took the top of the gearcase off (which has no gasket or o-ring) and found milky grease. Cleaned all that out and re-greased. Seems to me like the top should have an o-ring to keep water out. It's back to working satisfactory now.

I spent the extra money to get a nice Fulton trailer tongue jack for my boat trailer, thinking I wouldn't need to replace it anytime soon. Plus it has a "lifetime " warranty. After about a year of use, the crank handle corroded to the point where it broke. Now, a year after that, the internal gears are stripped out and it doesn't work at all. It apparently just has a nice aluminum body with a bunch of regular steel insides. No stainless at all? It's now useless and after months of trying reach Fulton, I have never received a response at all. What good is a warranty if the manufacturer doesn't answer a phone, return calls, or reply to emails. I will not be buy anything made by Fulton in the future. That's for sure. They look nice, but that's about it.

I got this Jack to replace an old Jack that the wheel stopped working on. It is a great Jack that was a very easy install. I did need to purchase a separate adapter plate to install it on my Skeeter bass boat trailer factory mounting plate. Once the adapter plate was installed on the trailer the Jack just bolts into the plate. The Jack is very smooth raising and lowering the trailer. I haven’t got to use it much yet as it is snow and ice where I live so time will tell how good it is.

So far so good. Is about twice as big as a normal jack. Very sturdy and even fully extended it doesn’t look like it’s going to snap off like my other one. Tight And secure and no issue with adjustment. The tire is about twice as large as a normal jack tire which is very good. Easy to put together. Comes with two different clamps for different sizes. 3”&4” Very good and would recommend. Mine came with a ventilation hole so didn’t need to do anything with that as I’ve seen with some other reviews. As long as you have the one hole that’s all you need.

I have received the product, but unfortunately, it appears to be used. There are visible scratches and oily fingerprints on the item, and it is clear that the packaging has been resealed. Additionally, the small screen near the wheel is missing.
