Been taking this from almost one month now. I do notice my skin is looking little brighter and I am seeing some small changes also. Only issue for me is tablet sometimes sticking in throat, so I get bit anxious while taking it and need lot of water. Not sure other people facing same problem or not, but if swallowing pills is hard, just keep this in mind. Otherwise product feels premium and it works good for me.
