Viola Rose Essence

I use this to add some rose flavour in my cookies and it does the job. Not too overpowering but gives good flavour

It is excellent for baking

When your recipe says two drops, it means TWO. Very flavorful!

I love the flavor of rose. Sometimes I add a few drops to water which is quite refreshing.

I had been looking for Essence of Rose for years in grocery stores. I was thrilled to find it online. I was able to make Rose flavored cookies for the first time in almost 20 years! Happy me!
