Drill is stuck on hammer setting.Used for first time today February 2nd and is stuck on hammer so can't drill wood or steel. Return date has passed so I'm stuck with broken drill

only 1 of the 2 batteries supplied works and takes a charge !
i disliked the fact that one of the 2 batteries supplied actually works,the other 1 wont charge or power the drill unit.
