It works. Follow the directions and it does as described. Now installing the harness is annoying just because of the nature of the OEM clip. Pretty difficult to remove. But other than that. Worth the price.

Remote start works… but at a cost.
So the product works as intended, but your car won’t anymore. You see, the remote starter works flawlessly, but at the price of your car not locking or other functionality not working properly.I tried contacting support, they were abysmal, slow to respond and not providing a prompt solution, so I uninstalled the remote starter and my car returned to normal, no issues.Instead I went to the dealer to purchase a remote start kit, and that’s what I recommend to all of you.In short, the product works, but at the cost of your safety and your vehicle’s functionality.

Great product
Would recommend following along with a YouTube video of the installation part. Also you will need to have a computer to run the decryption process. Zero issues if done correctly

Read this!
I got this & installed it. Disconnected battery, installed, reconnected & all seemed ok... But the next morning I had all kinds of electrical issues, i confirmed wiring was all plugged in good... removed the starter, plugged everything back in.. still all kinds of issues.. BCM was fried... could have been something else, not sure but I suspect it was the remote starter.

WORKS PERFECT ON MY Q50 - 2019
Works perfectly fine, all the installation is easy and the programming on the computer also super easy. I recommend this product 200% im super happy with the results!!

Not hard to do, but instructions that come with it suck.
It's not hard to do if you watch a couple YouTube videos. The instructions in the box and the manufacturer video suck. Hardest part for me was getting the topmost GD white connector separated. I would buy again.

3 TIMES I FOLLOWED THE INSTRUCTIONS PROPERLY AND IT WOULD NOT WORK FOR MY 2015 Q50
NOW IT SAYS THAT , "THE DCRYPTOR'S LIMIT HAS BEEN REACHED FOR THIS CAR." I HAVE REACHED OUT TO SUPPORT AND THEY STILL HAVE YET TO GET TO ME. I WILL BE REFUNDING THIS IF THEY DO NOT GET BACK TO ME IN A TIMELY MANNER. VERY MISLEADING PRODUCT. AND NOW MY CHECK ENGINE LIGHT IS ON. AWFUL. GARBAGE

Es fácil de instalar y de configurar 1 hora o menos me heche en instalarlo y codificarlo es fácil lo único que tienen que tener un poco de experiencia en una pc lo recomiendo y lo vuelvo a comprar
