Bad Quality Control
I am from Bangalore, and I am a regular purchaser of the "Brooke Bond, Red Label, Natural Care" tea for the past 10 years or so, and the packet i bought on the 18-08-2024 was not of the same quality, there were no herbs that are mentioned on the cover and are normally visible and could be tasted. Also, it was more powdery than leafy. I am totally disappointed by the quality control of this company. I don't know if it is an error or they have deliberately reduced the herbs or stopped using the same, but only printed in the packet. Hope the company will take action and rectify the same.
