This stuff is thick and worked great for sound deadening my truck doors. I was a little skeptical based on the price but they have great adhesion and are very thick. They don’t smell bad and the foil didn’t tear easily. Definitely plan on buying more for the floor and firewall when I get around to doing that job.

Used this product on a skid plate for my XT 250 motorcycle. It worked very well to deaden the sound of the engine, very sticky and is holding up well. Also bought a cheap 1 1/2" roller to roll out all the ridges imprinted on the foil backing to make sure it sticks. Easy to mold to shape needed and cut. Would definitely buy again.

I apologize for the more blurry pictures, it was a screenshot from the video. All in all, great product. The adhesive on the back is extremely strong. It's very easy to cut if need be. It does perform really good when it comes to sound deadening. I can hear a bit less road noise and no rattle after installing just the little bit on my door behind the panel. I'm sure if I did the whole door panel it would block out so much road noise. Definitely will buy more for any future products! It helps a lot with sound, especially bass. It makes the bass sound a lot cleaner and tighter!

Good product easy to use. You can cut to the size you need for certain areas. It is a bit expensive considering, but this is probably one of the more inexpensive choices.

We have a little sump pump that is in a bucket. It was driving me up the wall. So I bought these in hopes it'd absorb some of the sound. It's fabulous!! We just stacked two under the bucket, put one on top kind of to help catch sounds that were amplifying out due to the bucket, and the remaining got leaned against the bucket to just catch some sound. I'm not real sure the ones propped at the side do anything but we didn't know what to do with them so we figured it couldn't really hurt to just prop them there. We didn't actually stick them to it so I cannot say how sticky they are. It's a plastic bucket and I think he is wanting to move them to stick to around a metal bucket eventually. If the sticky option turns out to not work, I have various glue we can use for sticking stuff to metal so even if it's gone bad by the time he tries that, it's all good. These things really smell horrible by the way. I was not expecting that but it's okay since it's in the basement, and I don't have to smell it. The smell doesn't creep up into the house though. (Okay it's actually been a few days since I wrote that but had not hit submit and forgot. I didn't know there was a save feature on writing reviews thank you for that Amazon because my browser crashed. Ever since installing these under/around that bucket, it's been LOTS quieter. I barely can tell when the pump kicks on, even in the night when it's the quietest time in the house. It's still in the plastic bucket so I have no update to offer yet on the metal one. I still think the metal one's a bad idea lol. Most of the time I don't even notice it has run, we've had to go check it a few times to make sure the hose is fine because neither of us is sure when did it actually last kick on? No more flinching every time it kicks on, no more sensory overload from the horrible sound, and no more having to consider buying earplugs that I didn't really want to wear 24/7! Thanks very much that these things exist!) It's great. 10/10. Sump pump noisy? In a bucket? Here you go, problem solved, or at least quieter.

This REALLY quieted down our 2023 RAV4 Prime XSE Proximity Speaker that is super loud when in reverse or driving around below 25 mph. This was also fantastic with insulating my new Sony XAV–AX6000 microphone so when we make phone calls, everyone says how super quiet it is. I'm an old Operations Director... and I did a bunch of research into all kinds of independent tests and this CANOPUS is made in the USA and tops of its class (like 10-12 dB less than the other brands)! Really works! I used this on the outside of a metal fuel pump enclosure for a boat diesel heater. The fuel pump would make a "thump thump" sound which is normal but disturbing for sleeping. After covering the metal enclosure with this the sound was gone. This is an "off label: use for this product but it is heavy, sticky, and sound deadening. Works.

Amazing. Very sticky. Easy to cut but super strong. Easy to work with. Cut back the sound and the heat in my sxs cab
