Great product

Very easy to use. It is on the loud side but nothing horrible and only lasts for a few minutes. Was a used product and looks and runs like new. End result turns out tasting amazing just need to freeze for 24 hours to ensure it’s fully frozen.

Its a scam not worth buying it from seller

I purchased this on Dec 1 2024. I didn't receive item until Late January. I bought it for my mother as a Christmas gift... She never used it once because she was intimidated by new technology.I opened it up and tried it today for the first time and it wouldn't work. It was stuck on the install light. I troubleshooted everything that was said to do like 20 times and couldn't get passed the install flashing light.. Super disappointed a waste of time and money. The top of lid that locks into machine is scuffed and clearly been used/worn out. Never buying anything from this seller again. Mine was labelled renewed, didn't even get it to work once... What a scam..
