From what I read, this is the most readily absorbed form of magnesium and it shows. It's had a very nice effect on sleep and several other functions as well. I've had excellent luck with Carlyle supplements over the years and highly recommend this one.

Love the fact that this comes in capsule form which makes it easier to swallow. Plus bigger dose per capsule! Perfect...

Excellent form of magnesium. Doesn't upset mine or hubby's stomach. Digest easy, though large tablets, still easy to take. Helps with our sleep and muscle recovery. Have brought many times and will continue to buy this brand.
