I always test a new knife on an over ripe tomato. I had a couple that were really ripe and soft, and this knife sliced them as if they were firm and fresh off of the vine. Absolutely no pressure needed and there was no squashing or squirting juice and pips. Impressive. Really razor sharp and well balanced with a comfortable none slip handle. The handle design makes for safer cutting. The blade has just the right amount of flexibility to make sure that you can stay close to awkward shaped bones, and also easy to use for filleting fish. So a multi function knife. Perfect size and it feels really well made and durable. I'm buying another. Quality at this price? It's a bargain.

Easily one of the best knifes for deboning, the steel sharpens easily and the grip is commercial grade, amazing for the price.

nice knife, really sharp and looks really nice - only criticism is that for a boning knife I'd expect the blade to be more flexible it's a bit too stiff to be a good boning knife.

Comes with a great edge, holds it well. Have only needed to use a steel to keep it razor sharp. Can trim meat in minutes with it, love the handle too very ergonomic.
