Q: So the beans are barrel aged while green? If not how can an aged coffee be fresh?

Any coffee is compatible with an espresso machine if you grind it fine enough. This is whole bean so you have to grind it yourself.

Q: Is this legal for minors? Better question - is there an alcohol content level to this coffee?

There is no alcohol. The roasting process burns it all off.
