It this for kids or adults?

You need a certain amount of dexterity and strength to use tooth brush. Kids range in age from 3 or 4 to12 to 15. At some point in their kid hood they should be able to use the toothbrush.

Does it work with I/o 3?

I really don't know I would imagine the IO's work on all IO models
