Didn’t fit had to utilize the guts and then therefore couldn’t return it
The threading was off and wouldn’t fit so I had to pull the center out and use the old fitting

None of the Amazon $20 Febco 905-212 bonnet and poppet will fit. Amazon should ban this.
Doesn't deserve a start because it doesn't fit the Febco 265-1. Thread pattern obviously off. All of them on Amazon that are under $30, you can tell by the number of threads. These all have 6-7 grooves and the Febco has 5, see the picture. The OEM Febco is on the right in the photo. Bought the OEM from Home Depot for $63, problem solved. Cheap and quick shipping but that don't mean squat if it doesn't fit.

The 'Sunluway 905-212 Bonnet and Poppet Repair Kit fit for Febco 765' was an excellent fit at a reasonable purchase price. Once, I realized that the need to lubricate all of the threads and screw it in its entirety was necessary because of the water pressure, did it all come together.
