The massage roller ball has been very helpful in my post neck lipo, along with the lympahatic oil. I am in the second week and the roller ball works better as it massages as it rolls over the lumps in my neck, which have improved alot. I use a warm wet compress, prior to appling the oil, then massage. It is also easy to use with the neck compression on. Works great!
