No BS, I felt something different the first dose. I never have taken boron before, just stumbled my way through the internet and it led to boron for arthritis and muscle inflammation. So.....Im a bit skeptical when I try something new. 99.9% it’s always a big letdown. Well, I took the first pill, and felt kinda like I had an energetic boost from it. I was thinking maybe it was a placebo thing.....my mind was playing tricks. Day 2 took the pill and had lots of energy and my mood was really good. I felt really good. I worked on my house all day and never felt a tired moment. I thought to myself...is this real? Will it last? Day 3 took it this morning with breakfast and felt the same boost. I did stuff all day long, but Im able to relax too. I have a teeter hang up and I do stretching exercises on it. I did some stretching, and it felt “easier” when I stretched. Like I was more pliable? I also noticed something else......Yesterday i moved about 16-20 kitchen cabinets around and installed a bunch with our builder. I got up today and felt fine. Thats not normal.
