My husband has a very nice Otter Box Cigar Caddy hard travel case for his cigars. The only problem is that it is a bit small for what he likes to bring on vacation, so he ends up needing to bring 2 cases. I thought this would make a nice "overflow" case for him and expected it to be on the thin and flimsy side. But instead of being flimsy, this is actually quite sturdy. While the Otter Box would likely survive being run over by a truck, this may only survive a car. But it will certainly hold up to even the most aggressive of baggage handlers on their worst day.Along with plenty of strength, the case has a very nice rubber seal to keep the cigars happy in their own environment so they don't dry out - or even get wet if you drop it in the pool/ocean! The digital thermometer and hygrometer is a nice touch as well, though you can get by without this for a few days while travelling.It's not quite perfect though. The latches are very secure, but also are hard to operate because they click a bit too firmly. Hopefully they will loosen a little over time, but not get too loose. Also I had a lot of trouble with the thermometer/hygrometer buttons. You have to press them just right to get them to work so it took quite a few tries to even turn it on, making me stop to check the battery before pressing several more times and getting it to come on. Switching it to Fahrenheit from Celsius took way too many attempts as well.Overall though this is a very nice case. With the larger size that this is, the good seal, and the nice strong construction, I can see this becoming his primary cigar travel case and the Otter actually becoming the overflow case.

The product arrived quickly and was well protected in transit. The humidor is very compact compared to other travel humidors. It easily fits standard length cigars. It protects the cigars well and is easy to open and close.

This is great to travel. Keeps your cigars at optimum humidity. I have taken it on many trips. The rubber seal keeps humidity in. I love the outside digital display. It’s big and accurate. Let’s me know that Humidity is perfect for my cigars. This wide case is great cuz it has space to fit my cutter and lighter. I can easily fit 6 cigars making sure some short ones to allow space for the lighter and cutter. I’ve taken this case on flights and no problems whatsoever. I’ve been able to enjoy this box on every trip. Very happy with this find. The humidity is accurate and so is the temp. Great brand.

This travel cigarbox has a good seal and it’s felt lined. You can turn the monitor on or off with a touch of a button to measure the humidity in the box. It also measures the temperature that’s in the box. It’s heavy duty and can go in a suitcase or a carry-on bag.

This is a great travel humidor for your cigars. This isn't made to be a long-lasting storage, but something to travel with for your stay away from home. Has a digital hygrometer built in to tell you if you need to add water or if the temp is low. The case is hard and has two locking claps that are strong. Toss this in your bag and don't worry about it.

This is a very nice travel humidor. It came well packaged. It is made of a hard plastic with plastic clasps. The clasps hold nice and tight. It is larger than many other plastic humidors that I have seen. It will hold five good sized cigars. The cigars in the photograph are a 6 X 60. The one downside is that the case may be a little tight for larger cigars. With the upper and lower foam I am fearful that I may be crushing my cigars. If you are carrying cigars that are smaller than a 60 gauge you’re probably OK. It is also long enough for a Churchhill at 7 inches long. The upper also has a small built in humidifier to keep your cigars fresh. There is also a hygrometer on the top that will keep you informed of your humidity level. It has a nice seal around the edges to keep it waterproof. All in all for the price it’s a really nice travel humidor.

I gave a similar case a while back to a family member who collects and smokes cigars, I really liked the protection it provided for something as fragile as a cigar that I began getting them for my small electronics. I currently have six cases of different sizes including the smaller version of the same brand of this case. These cases in general are pretty similar, some do use better plastic material than others and use different latches. This version includes a digital hygrometer that can be easily turned on/off with a small button on the inside.I’m not sure is the hygrometer it totally necessary because there is very little space inside the case which is mostly taken up by the foam inserts, but it does give it a nice look plus the hygrometer does function properly. The plastic on this hygrometer feels about average, it’s textured, feels strong and has minimal flex. The inside has a top and bottom foam pad to keep the cigars in place while the case moves. This case has a good seal gasket and double latches for a very good seal.Overall this case is pretty good, it doesn’t really stand out from my other cases besides having a hygrometer but this is because these cases are really good in general. These cases are my go to storage for my portable music devices, they are portable but provide amazing protection over regular carry bags. I have six cases filled with cables, music players, cables and earphones and I haven’t had any issue with one so far so I definitely recommend cigar cases for portable electronic storage.
