Book Set Story of a Minecraft Monster School, Video Game Inspired Adventure Stories for Young Kids, Six Books for Kids with Exclusive Slipcase Cover Review: Love these books! - My daughter really enjoyed this series a lot. She really liked the humor, the stories and, the characters. So much so that she is requesting that more be made. She insisted that i write this review so the author knows she would love to read more🌼 Review: Nicely Made Set - The storage box is strong and solid - not flimsy and folded like a lot of the series cases. This will last. As far as the books - my 3rd grader loves them. He came home with a book not in this series from his school library and has been reading so I jumped at receiving the set. These are not picture books. The vocabulary is standard and mostly easy to read with some terms they may need help with like biome. There are good guys and bad guys, mysteries, magic and plots to ruin things. The books are just under 100 pages so depending on how often/duration of reading time it could keep your kiddo busy. Overall I like this set.

Son enjoys these books!!!
Got this set of books for my 10 year old son who loves Minecraft. He doesn't like to read often, but if it's a book he is interested in he loves to read. He was super excited to get this book set and couldn't wait to read them. So far he has read two of the books and says he enjoyed them. He liked that some of the stories also included Among Us, another game he likes to play. It comes with 6 books in a nice holder. Great set for any kid who loves Minecraft and is age 8-12 range.

This is a big improvement from their previous release...
There already exist a paperback 5 book series called, "Monster School Diaries" by Kid-Fi Media on Amazon. However, there are 4 differences: 1. This one has a 6th book called "A Minecraft Novel." 2. There were misprints in the other set that has been fixed in this set. 3. There is a nice hardback slip cover case for this set. 4. Price is now lower too. I rated the original set 3-Stars: https://www.amazon.com/review/R32J0HH4NRVU97/ref=cm_cr_srp_d_rdp_perm?ie=UTF8&ASIN=0578811049 However, with the improvements, corrections, as well as a lower price, this version is 5-Stars.

Great book set for Minecrafters
My grandson is picky about what he reads. He likes a handful of things like Pokemon and Minecraft and FNAF, so these were a huge hit. He'll sit and read for hours if it catches his attention and these are well written, perfect for young readers. 5 stars

Decent set for elementary-aged children into Minecraft
My 4th grader loves Minecraft, but he only wants to read mangas. As I find many of those to be a tad too mature for his age, I tried to entice him with this Book Set Story of a Minecraft Monster School. Unfortunately, I have not been able to convince him to read the books in this set. He looked through them once and told me he wasn't interested because there's no pictures...sigh. So, if the writer or publisher of these books reads this review, I would really suggest asking the artist who did the cover work to do more pictures for inside the book as well. It could really help getting the kids into the stories. The set itself looks wonderful. The hardcase is very sturdy and colorful. The covers of the books also look and feel great. The text inside is of a larger font, which is perfect for beginning readers. The content itself is maybe a tad too technical for this age. There are a lot of long sentences with lots of extra thoughts between em dashes. The punctuation wasn't always the best. I had to reread multiple sentences to get what they were trying to say. So, imagine a 10-year-old... The ideas in the books in this set are pretty current. For example, the book Imposters at Minecraft combines the Minecraft and Among us worlds. This combination has been offered in a lot of plushies recently, so it's what lives in this age group right now. Overall, this is a pretty decent set, which has some room for improvement. It's a very recognizable world and if you have an elementary-aged child that is into Minecraft and reading, they will most probably love this set.

Not realistic minecraft facts
(Written by a 10 year old) I started playing Minecraft 3 years ago so I know the game pretty well. I started reading one of the books "Kid-Fi Media," and the first thing that they said that was not true was that you can craft nether portals! (You can not craft nether portals, only build them.) Now to a person who doesn't play Minecraft, this probably wouldn't be annoying at all, but as a person who plays Minecraft, it was really annoying. The main thing that was really bad is the fact that a character said something like,"Why go to the nether with all the blaze and ENDERDRAGONS?" like what... just... huh. First of all, there is only one Enderdragon (Unless you respawn him after you beat him), but there can only be one Enderdragon at a time! The second thing is that The Enderdragon doesn't spawn in the Nether! They spawn in The End!!!! It's like saying that there are tons of fast food restaurants on Mars! If you don't care about learning anything about Minecraft, and you just want to read it because you think it would be a good book, go ahead. But if you are interested in Minecraft, don't trust anything that it says. Oh, and by the way, those problems are only in the FIRST FIVE PAGES. I couldn't even continue the book without writing this review because it was so INFURIATING. But hey, a book is a book. I am not saying that the other five books have incorrect facts about Minecraft (because I haven't read them) but I wish the author had studied a little more before making this book.
