Good quality
Good lightweight good for Fish on a flat top or a burger. Do not let your staff use it for a burger press that’s not what it’s designed for, but it serves its purpose in every other way.

Worse than floppy plastic spatulas that cannot support food!
This headline is just a lie, there is nothing flexible about this spatula. It is thick, rigid and completely useless with an un-tapered front edge it bludgeons everything you try to flip with it. Total waste of time, though the handle is great!
