No it doesn't go in your ears the channel end right behind your eye in between your ear and your eyes so you will be fine I use just for cycling and it works pretty well it helps out not to get sweat in your eyes

No. It’s all rubber and Velcro

Will the sweat gutr work when i’m in my aero position on my tt bike??

I couldn’t get it to seal against my forehead so it didn’t work on my road bike.

do you make a bracelet version? would be good for sports where sweaty hands are bad like cycling, tennis, basketball, etc

I would say no they don’t make them for the rest but the one for the forehead works extremely well I’ve used one for years definitely control the sweat from running into your eyes
