I am so greatfull for this gorgeous beauty. It resembles the beauty of our african daughters. I buy my child black dolls only. I believe we can give our young black princesses a chance to feel the pride of the natural black goddesses that they are.

The doll is nice. She arrived with her arm broken. I glued it back together. She is not going to be played with. So although the arm will not be able to be moved, it's fine.

I have always wanted a Barbie doll that represented me and my heritage. I know there was an African American Barbie when I was a little girl but to truly display beauty in other parts of the world would have been amazing. I am proud of Barbie for launching a collection like this, because it is important for ALL young girls to see that beauty is reflected all over the world. Thank you!
