Great fit, good battery, great sound, great durability
Best bone conduction out there for the price. You can find cheaper but they're not high quality. If you want to swim with them you will have to buy a more expensive pair. I use these in a heavy duty shop crawling under trucks and buses. They're durable. Idk why people give these bad reviews at all. I bought my brother some, my wife and I recommend them everywhere I go.. THESE are BONE CONDUCTION!!!! Not regular headphones!!!!

Great customer service
**Title: Excellent Headphones & Outstanding Customer Service!**I recently purchased the Shokz headphones and was impressed by their comfort, sound quality, and open-ear design. They are perfect for workouts, calls, and daily use, allowing me to stay aware of my surroundings while enjoying clear audio.Unfortunately, after some time, I encountered an issue with my pair. However, Shokz customer service went above and beyond to make things right. The return process was smooth and hassle-free, and they promptly sent me a brand-new replacement. Their responsiveness and commitment to customer satisfaction exceeded my expectations! If you're looking for reliable headphones with top-notch support, I highly recommend Shokz. Five stars all the way!

A bit awkward, but overall good device
I've been a fan of this brand for a while. It was honestly a godsend for me, as I can't wear inner earbuds. My ear canals are too small for even the smallest ones I've found. I don't like carrying around big over the ear headphones and the outer earbuds are kind of becoming a thing of the past, particularly after phones started dropping the audio jack. I got one of the mid-priced ones they had and they lasted me a good long while - they still work, but they finally broke in a way that I can't really repair without impacting the device's ability to rest on my temporal bones. For reference, I got these before the company rebranded themselves from Aftershokz to simply Shokz, which I think happened about 5 years ago. These likely would have lasted longer, except that I'm admittedly a bit rough on my electronics. These are a marked change from the earlier unit, which was smooth silicone and plastic. I chose these for the price point, but also because I thought the metal might make them harder to break. I'll have to wait a bit to weigh in on that one, as the older pair I had took years to finally start breaking down. Others have mentioned that these are a bit awkward on the head compared to the ones in the higher priced tiers. I have to agree on that. While I do think I'm getting a more durable unit, the headset is a bit more awkwardly placed than the other models. At times it sort of battles for space with my eyeglasses, but not in a way that I'd find a deal breaker. It's just a bit of a transition period, although if you are very sensitive to things like that I recommend going for one of the slimmer units. As far as sound goes, these are nice. I can tell that they've worked on the sound quality since their earlier units, as it's a bit crisper and clearer than my other set. I do get the impression that the higher dollar sets might be a bit better, but I think that's more because it might sit on the temporal bone a bit more smoothly than these might on my head. Other than that, I am pretty happy that the headset can be charged with a type C USB cord. This makes it easier to charge these any time, any where. These have a decent amount of charge time so I'm not particularly worried about this running out all of a sudden, but it is good to have. These do hold less of a charge than the mid-tier units, so keep that in mind. If you're someone who often goes long periods without charging things or can spend 10+hours using your headphones, you'll definitely want to go with the next tier up. Still, for my purposes these are fine. Another user mentioned some ear soreness - I haven't experienced that so far. I think part of this is because I'm kind of used to this via my eyeglasses and prior set - but I think that this will vary by person in general.Overall, I'm pretty pleased with these. I will admit that I liked the mid-tier type headset more as far as charge time and comfort goes, but this gets the job done and meets my needs. It also feels slightly more durable, but time will only tell with that. I might eventually replace these with a mid-tier when they wear out, but if they're anything like my old headset it's going to be a while and it'll go out kicking and screaming. Highly recommend.

Way beyond expectations
After reading great reviews, I decided to give these unusual earbuds. a try. I admit that I'm an avid headset buyer. I've spent way too much time and money trying to find the "perfect" headset or buds for my biking, noise cancellation, hiking, swimming, audiobook listening, and dog walking. So I have plenty of experience with just about every brand of earbuds or headsets, in every price range for decades. OK that said, here's what's GREAT about these earphones:1. Since they're not inside the ear...unless you want them to be... they're very comfortable to wear.2. They turn on and sync very quickly3. They tell you battery power by touching the +- buttons4. You can call out by holding the Multi-use button down for a couple of seconds (not explained in the instructions.) And answer calls with just a touch to the same place.5. They're lightweight and click together magnetically when off of the ears. So you can wear them around your neck comfortably and safely while not using them.6. While driving or walking/running you can still hear sirens and other important sounds (like hubby requesting a beer, please.) And do that without any loss of sound or clarity from the buds.7. They charge quickly and last MUCH longer than promised in the descriptions.8. They are wearable while napping or sleeping, if you just move one of the earpieces up and away from your ear. Very nice for listening to audible books or podcasts while lying down.9. Very good sound for music and the spoken word and the mic works great. Not sure why others didn't think so.10. No cords to get tangled up in or that can fall off your neck.11. They're offered at a very fair and reasonable price12. And one more benefit for those who have snoring sleeping partners, you can wear wax earplugs to drown out the snores, but still hear whatever you're listing to on the buds. That's because the sound is transported through you bones, not your ears. Very cool!!! At least for me.The Cons: (none a big deal to me.)- They're not noise canceling. Well duh! They don't cover the ear. So I wear over-the-head phones when in the gym.- While a very good sound range, these are not the best earphones for really rich, base music. But Little Richard's "Tootie Fruity" sounds pretty good.
