Nice and bright. Worked great in my 65 chevelle

These little bulbs are bright. Really nice upgrade from the stock gauge bulbs on my 72 Honda CB450K5. Only complaint is they are slightly smaller than factory bulbs. You have to pinch the socket together slightly in order for a tight fit.

I put these in for the map lights in my 2004 Hyundai XG350 as I wanted something much brighter. They were small enough to replace the incandescent yet bright enough to allow good use of maps and such at night.

I got these to upgrade the dash lights on my 65 mustang and they work great. A lot brighter than stock incandescent bulbs. 4 stars because I read they were dimable but they are not.

Ordered for our vintage camper running lights. They are super bright and work great in the old sockets and the new.

Pros: very brightCons: These are polarity sensitive. Positive tip, negative shell. They are not BA9S size, they are a little smaller, so they pop out of the fixtures. I have an old GMC transit bus. They use 53 / 57 bulbs for the warning indicators. These bulbs didn't stay in any of the sockets because the retention pins are short and rounded off. Buyer beware

Was trying to use for Harley Dash 5 bulbs for dash and one light for speedo , but the bulbs I couldn’t get to push down into socket to lock tabs or nipples in place
