As soon as I opened the bag that was in the box I could smell it. When I opened the smaller bag inside, the cardboard that the fringe was wrapped around was damp, and upon closer inspection I could see that it was moldy. Absolutely DISGUSTING!!!! I am hoping this was a fluke ...
