Great belt, really comfortable with heavy weights and lots of back support, however paint started pealing on the clips and fabric got loose due to heavy weights. Still works though. The belt is a real shirt destroyer though. The clips make little holes in your tshirts

Pretty solid belt. I was worried that it may slide off once I put on the weights, but the chain goes around the waist which makes it easier to keep the weight stable. Haven't used it for dips yet, but so far so good for pull-ups, nice and secure.

ベルトは腰に当たるパット部分も程よい厚みで、裁縫などもしっかりしていて丈夫な感じで使いやすいです。 チェーンを引っ掛けるD型の部分が頼りない感じなので、高重量の負荷をかけるならしっかりした金具に変えたほうが良いかもです。 ですが、全体的に見て値段以上のクオリティかと思います。

decent quality lifting belt, however the rings/ hoops the chain is attached onto have pulled down due to the stitching coming away. I can still use the belt however it slips off easier.
