Does it fit on the Lectric Xp 3.0 and if so, how?

It fits on my XP Lite. It took a little fidgeting to get everything together but once I got it it works great. I have my cellphone mount and Nitecore BR35 headlight attached to it.

Can you use this to put a handlebar bag on.?

The crossbar diameter of the handlebar extension is 22mm (0.875''), if the mounting base of the handlebar bag is compatible with this crossbar diameter, it can be installed
