Botanical Origin Plant-based Laundry Detergent Free from Dyes and Brighteners, Lavender, 54 Fl Oz

Having tried a few plant based laundry detergents, I've finally found a balance. It's good on sensitive garments as well as heavy items. Best of all it's free from toxic chemicals & smells fresh.

I like it over all as it seems to be working well. 4 stars only because I don't love the scent.

My only gripe is that it’s not cheaper and that there isn’t more in a container. It’s perfect- 72 loads, natural scented and concentrated. It actually smells of real wildflowers on the breeze! I’m hoping they’ll do geraniums or some other exotic flower.

I love using this detergent for sensitive items like underwear or nice towels. It smells amazing. I feel a difference in comfort when I use this detergent for under garments vs regular tide. And the quality of towels that are sensitive does not diminish when washed and dried correctly and used with this detergent! I bought another kind of organic detergent in store, forgot the brand, but it smelled so disgusting. I’ll be sticking to this brand for organic/natural detergent.

I’ll keep this short. It’s not trash but it’s not the best. I keep trying different brands to see if there is a solid natural or more plant based product that can rival the name brands but they don’t stack up. I keep Tide on hand just in case there’s something heavy like mustard or sriracha sauce. This smells good and I am not a fan of fragrances on my clothes and this is very light and after being dried, you can’t smell anything but fresh laundry so that’s good. Again, it’s mot good for really tough stains but I can tackle smaller stains pretty decent. I’d say give it a try and see if it works for you. I personally won’t be buying it again though.
