I started taking B vitamins about a month ago as I was suffering a lot with fatigue, they made quite a difference, when I saw what the ingredients were in these capsules I was happy to give them a try as they don’t just contain vitamin B, they also contain 1714-Serenitas culture. The 1714-Serenitas culture is one of the first cultures to have shown in a clinical study to increase the activity in the areas of your brain that are associated with emotions, learning and memory1. It was also associated with a higher ability to cope with stress during a stress test. As I do get a lot of stress I thought they were definitely perfect for me.They arrive hygienically sealed; you only need to take one a day. You can take with or without food, which is perfect for me as I often wait until after my daily workout to eat. I have been taking these now for over a week, too soon for a proper evaluation but already I can tell they make a difference, I am more focused, and I do have more energy, my gut health is better as I have no bloating or sluggishness.These are a brilliant combination and they work.

This supplement contains a blend of 'good' bacteria and vitamins with the aim of improving your mental sharpness and reducing fatigue.If you train a lot, you will be familiar with that feeling of being rundown and the struggle to concentrate at times. This has increasingly been the case for me as, with the volume of my training increasing due to a competition coming up, I've been having to train earlier and earlier to make sure I can get to work on time.Bifidobacterium longum 1714 has some research behind it saying it has a positive impact on your central nervous system and brain function by reducing stress responses. B vitamins have much more extensive research showing their importance to brain function, awareness and athletic performance too. B vitamins are especially important as although you can get them through food, many people are low on them. This is mostly due to diet, but active people will need more B vitamins due to increased demands and loss.With all this in mind, I was very happy with the ingredient list. It's well thought out with a good choice of ingredients for athletes without throwing in anything unnecessary. I was especially impressed once I opened the bottle by how small and easy to swallow the capsules were. Usually, supplement capsules are pretty large, but these were far smaller than a paracetamol. As such, they were incredibly easy to swallow.Since taking them, I do feel more awake and alert - ready to tackle the day after difficult training sessions. More importantly, I feel reassured that I'm hitting my daily targets of B-vitamins, without having to change my diet up too much.

These have made no impact on my fatigue levels.I have found they have helped with digestion issues when taken daily but so do similar products which cost under £15, therefore I dont think I would get these again as I am not sure they are good value at nearly double what I would normally pay.

This SportPro+ Perform by PrecisionBiotics has some very good ingredients - bifidobacterium with added vitamins B1, B2, B3, B6, B12, folic acid, biotin, pantothenic acid to support mental performance and reduce fatigue.It is very convenient to have all above mentioned vitamins in one capsule, so instead of taking a few per day, everything I need is combined in one capsule.Capsules are of a medium size and are easy to swallow with water.There was 30 capsules, what is a monthly supply as only one tablet per day is needed.I'm taking them for almost 2 weeks now and haven't noticed any significant improvement in the stress level. I guess I have to take them for at least a month or two to be able to feel the difference.These capsules have a good potential and I'm continuing to take them, but I'm not sure if I would buy another pot as they are quite pricey - £29.99, what makes the price of one capsule £1.Excellent ingridients, convenient to use - all in one capsule, but pricey.If the price isn't an issue I would happily recommend to try this supplement.

As a very active person(not a professional athlete) I was looking for something to supplement daily vitamins and help with my active lifestyle.This product seemed like a great solution for my needs.It contains:> Thiamin(vitamin B1)> Riboflavin(vitamin B2)> Niacin(vitamin B3)> Vitamin B6> Folic Acid> Vitamin B12> Biotin> Pantothetic AcidAnd all of the above in 100% daily dose !The pill is so small, I took a photo with a pence coin to show the actual size...I took one star out for the packaging. As seen in the photograph, the tube is not fully filled with pills, and the retail packaging is much bigger than needed. It is advertised as lactose-free, gluten-free, soya-free, and vegetarian. But clearly, the packaging could be more efficient and waste-free. It's a bit disappointing that you find outer packaging that could fit 2 tubes inside, but there is only one inside, with a divider and a lot of empty space.I like:- the size of pills !!! they are the smallest pills I have ever come across, very easy to swallow- a complex set of vitamins and bacterial culture in one pill- tube( packaging size ), very small, easy to travel with, easy to store- it reduced my tiredness and fatigue after a few days of taking it regularlyI don't like- wasteful packaging- seems a bit pricey at £29.99 for a 1 month's supplyIf you found it helpful, please hit the "helpful" button ;) Thank you

No odour whatsoever, easy to swallow. Saw lots of discussions online about "smart pills", been following the recommended usage and started taking daily. I've found it easier to focus when combing through long articles, don't think its a placebo either. Overall, I've only found positives whilst consuming this.
