The chin strap hangs low
Super cute hat. Perfect fit except the chin strap isn’t adjustable so it just hangs low under your chin. I want to tighten it so the hat better covers my ears and keeps them warm as well as the side of my face. Very bright white color which I love and very soft.

Mine doesn't look like the ones in the picture
In the picture they look a little thin compared to the one I got. It's all puffy, thick, and huge. Mabey after a few washes it might flatten out a bit but I'm not betting on it.

Bad stitching
It's very soft but the stitching on the hat is not well done. The front piece of the hat now flops forward bc the stitching that held it to the hat is detached.
