How do I get the velcro patch to stick

In the options menu you order the iron on. Boom, done.

Does this come with the female velcro backing ?

Yes it does but the back of the velcro has to be glued to surface. It does not have a peel able back.

I plan to sew this on. Which do I order, iron on or hook-loop?
