For context, I’ve been missing half of my lashes on my right eye for months now. (I’d show a pic for proof, but I feel like it would be kinda weird to take a close up of my eye, so I’m not gonna do that.) I’m not sure why they started falling out, but I was becoming super insecure, so as a last ditch effort before going to a dermatologist, I bought this lash serum. That being said, I wasn’t expecting much. I thought that it was probably another product making false promises. But I was wrong! After all those months of trying to get my eyelashes to grow on their own with no results, I had new growth after only two weeks of use. Now after almost a month, my lashes are almost full, though still growing to normal length. Some people complain about the applicator not being a spoolie, but I find that the small brush does great at placing the product right at the follicle where the hair actually grows from. On top of that, I haven’t experienced any eye irritation at all, which was another thing I was weary about. TLDR; great product with visible results, no eye irritation, and good application. Will buy again.

I don't see any improvement in my lashes

I’ve been using this product day and night for two months now, and my lashes haven’t improved in any aspect. It itches the eye and it makes my vision blurry. I do not recommend it in any way.

This stuff works! My lashes really did look fuller & longer after 2 weeks of 2x use. I have accidentally gotten some in my eyes, and while I wouldn't say it's "as gentle as water" like on the label, it was only a very mild irritation that quickly went away. I suspect it works by inhibiting the natural shedding rate of your lashes. I noticed that when I ran out & had to stop using it abruptly, I did suddenly lose a lot of eyelashes. But, if I gradually taper off use by decreasing to 1x day from 2x daily, then to once every other day, before stopping entirely, then there is no extreme lash loss.
