No, Loomla filters are round. These are square.

Are these full of carbon and resin or are they just little packs inside the filter like most of them.

They really good filters. They do suggest, as all others, to rinse off any potential fibers before placing in the fountain. The charcoal is in the pouches inside. They are identical to the more expensive ones sold. Hope this helps.
