National Geographic Kids Chapters: Ape Escapes!: and More True Stories of Animals Behaving Badly (NGK Chapters)

I got this for my 3-year-old granddaughter who loves rabbits. Both she and her 6-year-old brother really enjoy the stories. We love that it’s not just about rabbits, but other animals too. Each chapter is a separate story about a different animal and are all engaging. My granddaughter loves that it’s a “chapter book” because that’s what her brother reads, but she did not want to stop after the first chapter, so we read the whole book in one sitting. The delightful thing is, you can read one chapter at a time, and animal-loving kids who like a shorter reading time will probably enjoy this book, too.

My grand daughter loved this book! The stories are great! A definite must read for animal loving kids!

This is a very good book, it is a nonfiction book with a touch of drama. There are 3 funny stories in this book. One is about an monkey who trades his food for a piece of metal to pick the lock, and he escapes more than five times, never leaving the zoo, and the zookeepers are puzzled how he does it. The next one is about a dog that loves to eat and one day while he's trying to get a cake he sets the house on fire. The last one is about a cat burglar.

It is good and what it says it is. Just not the most interesting book

I bought this book, and many others for my granddaughter since I don't think a child could ever red "too much" of the right literature. I most definitely, as all the books I have bought from NG, recommend this book to other buyers.

Cute stories about rascally rabbits. My bunny loving student got a real kick from some of these!

It has more than one story,and all the story's are great. It is amazing that animals can do things for us. If you like animals you WILL like this book

You can't go wrong with National Geographic books for young minds. They're loaded with interesting facts and fun to read so kids don't realize they're learning as they go.

For a little girl who loves bunnies... this will broaden her view of these special animals, and show her a fun side to them. The child who likes books will enjoy this one. It's pretty cute!

It's a nice book with stories about bunnies. The book is fine, although I would have expected more pics in it, which would made the book more attractive for young children.

this is a nice book, as are all nat geo kids books - but its not about rabbits, and is actually quite a small book.
