Spider-Man: No Way Home [Blu-ray]

This is an easy one to review. It's the best of the current Spiderman films, and the best since the original Spiderman 2.It's got heart, great action, amusing comedy, and has many poignant moments.It's easily Marvels best film since Avengers Endgame, and whilst that's been a pretty low bar to beat, I can't think of a single thing that lessens it compared to Spiderman 2. Other than it all being CGI, whereas that film was still back in the time of using some practical effects.But, that's an age thing on my part, and this is still wonderful entertainment. If only the rest of their films could be this good!!

So if you love marvel then you will love this. In truth there isn't really much not to like - three spidermen is enough for even the most diehard of fans! It is easy to list the things I liked about this film, i.e. spiderman, spiderman, and more spiderman!!! I jest, there is more to it than that. It is good to finally see spiderman in the MCU suffer. The responsibility of cleaning up a mess of his making coupled with the loss of a loved one bring spiderman more in line with where he should be...less of a spiderkid so to speak and finally a man! The plot isn't complex and does have a few holes in it based on who turns up and why, but it fits the need of the movie well. Visually it is the usual high standard, though there is a lot of greenscreen with this film (as with most marvel films), and it seems the pandemic impacted some filming as some scenes seem like the cast aren't in the same room!In terms of gripes, well there are some. I am unsure why two of the previous movie villains turn up. They do nothing to further the plot and do seem to be an unwanted distraction. To make it worse a lot of their screentime is stock footage from the previous films they were in, so did anyone really want them there!?!I would also say the use of the past spidermen is too limited and they do not get enough screentime to fully explore their current existence. It is highly unlikely we will get a spiderman 3 and 4 from their respective universes, so it would have been nice to get a little more info on where they're both at!Despite the minor gripes, you cant dislike this film if you are a spiderman fan.

if you like spiders and men then get ready for the ride of your life. peter parker, peter parker and peter parker star in this roller coaster ride of a movie about men with the proportionate strength of a spider. can you imagine that i doubt you can but watch this film and you will see just what I'm talking about . its also got bad guys in it with all different powers one of them has more than the normal number of arms, yes you heard right. also there is some really good CGI especially the bit when they have 3 people with the same name together and you wonder how it can be possible to have 3 people with the same name but its all just CGI. all i can say is watch this movie it is tip top and you will think its the best.all my loveparker peters (joking that's not my real name)
