I'm impressed with how flavorful these cookies are, especially with the little hint of heat after eating one. They absolutely snap when I bite into one, yet perfectly melt in the mouth after dunking in hot tea. These are so good that I can't decide if they are number 1 or number 2 on my fave ginger snaps list. The only thing I regret is that I bought a bag instead of the larger box. Excellent cookie
