Thought this would be great to sleep in.. not. Slips off, doesn’t cover my hair when I have it in papillottes…. but: I have hair long enough to sit on, so if you have normal length hair it might be fine

Je l’ai renvoyé à contre cœur car c’est un très bel article mais la forme est vraiment conçue pour les cheveux très longs et/ou bouclés. Trop large pour moi avec mes cheveux sous les épaules malgré qu’ils soient épais. L’arrière du bonnet est bien large ce qui permet aux cheveux de ne pas être serrés et abîmés. La soie est très belle, la forme rétro vraiment jolie et il tient très bien en étant confortable. Aussi le moins pour moi serait qu’il tient chaud et que j’aime avoir le tête au frais la nuit.

Update: the quality of the fabric itself has stayed amazing although after everyday use and multiple washes the cap no longer stays on all night and I think it’s because the elastic has become loose over time. I hand washed and air dry everytime but it’s still loose. I use it as my backup but I found another cap that has silk on the inside and could be tied so I don’t have to worry about elastic. Original: I started looking for a cap about two years ago and bought my fair share of crappy caps. This is the best investment you will make for your hair. It has elastic in the back which is not too tight and not too loose , it’s just perfect. The fabric is mulberry silk and you can really feel the difference. It stays on all night and I wake up with no frizz hair. If you have spent too much time, energy and money on bad caps. This is the last cap you will ever need to buy ( I mean you will buy multiple colors of this one of course). I am not a big amazon reviewer but I really want to help out people like me. Buy this and you will not regret. I bought the beige color and it’s perfect.

I really love this silk bonnet. It’s my new go-to. Super comfortable and secure overnight, and you don’t have to worry about tying it up. If you have thin fine hair, this might be a little spacious. I have medium-high density fine hair and still have a little bit of space. Sturdy and stretchy!
