Not all matcha is the same. This one is great! Tried it first when my daughter and I bought this brand at Costco. She won’t order match out because she said she makes it best at home. She makes an iced matcha latte with vanilla syrup and milk. I like hot matcha with coconut milk and vanilla stevia. The key is to make sure to whisk it in water before making the latte. We use an electric hand whisk we bought for a few bucks on Amazon. It makes a difference. When someone says they don’t like matcha…it’s because they haven’t tried this one!
