After a few uses I found that the pans are not as non stick as advertised. Egg sticks to the pan.

If you look for a good starting point pan, try this one. Very versatile, you can cook eggs, steaks, pasta, braise chicken, anything really. Been 6 months and it's absolutely fantastic. I take care of it like a child though, clean and dry it after immediately after each session. Paid a bit higher than it is today, not sure why, but definitely don't regret.

Best pan we have used for cooking eggs on. It is truly non stick and is very easy to clean. It is versatile and we use it for everything from eggs to pancakes to meat. My only advice is to be sure to use a silicone spatula so you do not scratch it. I love the large size, you can fit a good amount of food in it!
