I have always wanted to have a full set of Stanley tools and very much bought into the V20 family and it's concept. I loved the cordless option for a circular saw and was a no brainer to invest in it. I have never been more mortified and disturbed with regards to not only the terrible quality of the product but to the absolute arrogance and indifference of the support staff. As you can see, the plate is NOT SQUARE at all on any side and so no matter what you do, you will never get straight cuts. The whole point of a saw is lost if you can't cut straight. The blade for this size is so difficult to get and makes we wonder if I made the right investment. My advice, given the pitiful quality of the product and the complacency of the support staff, STAY AWAY from this saw. There are many more options out there, and probably better ones too. I cannot believe that Stanley can stoop this low, or are they like this only in the Indian market.

No battery
Pros: 1. Accurate cutting 2. Very sturdy and light weight 3.comes with blade Cons: 1. No battery provided with machine 2. Works well only with 4ah battery 3. The packaged blade has less teeth making it difficult to cut thicker softwood.

OK circular saw
This is an OK tool. It cuts good. But not accurate. The blade was wobble.. doesn’t cut the edges properly. This is just for general purpose.. not at all suitable for precise cuts.
