I would have held this vessel a 5, but during the first run of warming up with oil as per instructions, the middle portion slightly had a bulge due to which it created unevenness of its otherwise flat surface. Overall good quality.

Light weight and simple design. I like it.

I liked this stainless steel pan too much, although its the first one I had EVER, its non-stick and healthier and it does'nt require as much maintenance as a cast iron for example.

not bad for the price but it has stained and I can't get it off still usable though
