Q: What gel do you use with this?

You have to purchase ... I would recommend what they have as I purchased 2 and it was a horrible experience unsure if it was the gel or the POWDER

Q: how do you remove to reapply at the 2 weeks?

Sparkle & Co Dip Nails are best removed by first, filing off any shiny top coat applied. Once removed, you'll need to soak the nails in 100% acetone. Warm acetone helps speed the process and ensures less time that your nails are exposed to acetone. You'll need to check the nails periodically throughout the soak and remove any loose polish with a lint free wipe or a nail safe orange stick. Repeat this process until all polish is removed.

Do not buy unless you get the entire kit, powder does not work for all
