So for whatever reason, the spigot broke from the base upon the first use. It was likely cracked somewhere along the way. Once the spigot broke, there was no way to fix it. The manufacturer, Trywell, was very helpful, apologetic and they'll be sending a new one my way. 4/5 stars simply because I need to go through this but 5 stars for customer service.

I bought this for one of my rental upgrades and the quality of the material is very impressive. I put in new granite countertops and it goes very well with the overall look of the kitchen. I love the simple features. I thought about buying a faucet where you sprayer pulls out, but I have experience a lot of problems with this after about a year. I wanted something that will last for a while and looks good and this fit the bill. The price was right also.

great so far, installed by professional, no leaks, its great match and we were able use the PUR water filter on the this faucet. WE like it so we will see how it goes for next 25 years, the last faucet lasted for 26 years. of course it was made by KOHLER-- big name big $$$$$$$

Installation was a breeze and seems to be of good quality. Amazing price for a solid stainless faucet. I also use an mgstaps vela faucet, at more that 10x this price, which is better but not 10x.

So far, looks and performs well in our recently built outdoor kitchen.

I bought this item one week ago. It’s well packaged. Designed with the intention for convenience implementation. Instructions are attached so that one can easily understand and set it up. I love this fabulous silver color as well. Definitely make my kitchen nice looking.

Replaced faucet in my travel trailer. This works really good as high enough to rinse tall pots and 2 position nozzle work as needed.

Love this faucet. Very high quality and I like how you can adjust how the water sprays out. It turns side to side but does not have a pull out sprayer but I didn't need it for my bar sink.
