Zhiyun Crane M3 Gimbal Stabiliser For Smartphone Or Camera

Very disappointed came with no quick-release plate, and the light won't turn on.returning in process.

Well to start off the seller put wrong address on my parcel so took a further 5 days to arrive after a lot of communication with the local delivery service, Not a great start.Then. Got me gimbal, Crane M3. I bought it for my DJI action 4, so I could use it when weather wasn't great and for my up coming holidays, instead of taking heavy gear. So firstly, trying to balance the gimbal with my action camera doesn't work. The screw to attach to base plate doesn't tighten enough so camera twists while on the plate. Also the camera is too light, vibrates the goes into sleep mode after balancing the camera. I have a rsc2 so we'll used to balancing gimbals. It needs to be heavier for the gimbal to register it. Then I attached my R6, which balanced well but when I looked for the connecting cables from gimbal to camera only 2 were provided and these were for Sony. I obviously have canon. So now I can't control shutter on gimbal if I want to mount my R6.Gimbal itself feels a little cluggy when switching between vlogging and forward filming. Definitely doesn't feel as smith as they say it is. DJI rsc2 far smoother and easier to use.Shame, I now need attachments to make action camera weigh a bit more for correct balancing.Disappointed to say the least. May look at MT2 as an alternative. Going to take a further star off as customer care and satisfaction doesn't matter to them.Will keep you posted and will alter stars if issues rectified.Thanks again.
