I don't normally write reviews, but this knife impressed the 'bleep' out of me. The way it fits in the palm, the heft and craftsmanship gives you the impression it was made specially for you.It's literally razor sharp out of the box. It cuts so effortlessly, you don't have to apply much pressure. The knife does all the work. I've only used it in the kitchen. All I can report is that if it's food or packaging, it's no problem for it. Using it is a joy.Definitely a fan. Highly recommend.

Over the years I have been disappointed with every kitchen knife I purchased. Most would not hold an edge, and the angle of the cutting edge was too great to provide the sharpness I sought. I purchased four different Huusk knives, Viking style Butcher knife 8” Japan Chef knife, 3” Damascus Paring knife, and 12” sharpener rod, and I am very pleased with all four. I will caution you that these knives are straight razor sharp so for the first few weeks handle them carefully until you get the hang of using them. A quick run over the steel after a few uses maintains the edges. If you are looking for a ’Sharp’ knife for your kitchen, I recommend these knives.

My husband really likes this knife. Said it cut through the steak like butter. I’ve used it a couple times and prefer my other knives. I find this one very heavy! It looks so cool and made well/made to last!

I was a bit skeptical about a knife at this price. I fully expected to be disappointed with this purchase. However, this was not the case. This is an excellent knife that has become my go to knife from everything from opening Amazon Boxes to slicing up dinner. It comes very sharp out of the box and only required a bit of touch up on he stone. It has a great hand feel, very robust and excellent grip feel. I was totally impressed. This is a heavy knife, I like that. I feel this gives better control and feel to any knife. I collect knives I have over 300 from the past 40 years and this knife has now seen more use in the past 2 months than many of the knives I've owned for many years and costing far more. If you are looking for a quality heavy duty utility knife to keep handy this one will do he job well. Also, the leather sheath that comes with it is plain simple and so far very sturdy. I love this product and highly recommend it.

These Knifes are sturdy, sharp and feel very nice in hand. Easily cuts through meat, raw or cooked. We loved them so much we gifted them to all the men in our family for Christmas

First of all, this knife is beautiful to look at. Sexy even, in a way. The contours of it's lines scream."Perfection!"The tool is well balanced. It has weight to it that provides a little heft which is not out of sync with it's size.An additional feature is the hole. Strategicly located at the end of the handle. It is wide enough to allow an index finger pass through. Providing extra grip.The wooden handle feels comfortable. The blade's design is also sleek. Rough texture preceeds the smoothly tapered razor-sharp edges.In short. I like it. Though I sing it's 🙏🏽 l have not put it to work yet. This is the reason for only three stars ✨ Stay tuned. I will post results.I must mention the sheath. A nice piece of equipment. Well made leather holster. However. Unless you are an outdoors kind of person or work in an environment where it might be necessary to carry a weapon....is not practical for home use.

Nice knife. Haven't used it yet, but so far I feel it's worth the price.

I bought it as a gift for someone but now I need to order one for me. It is the perfect size and weight, very sharp and the handle is designed for comfort.
