What is the mat made of? Id like to use if for our dogs in my apartment

It is made of easy wiped and water-resistant fabric, and also non-slip.

What does the top layer feel like? Like a vinyl tablecloth or more like fabric? Will it move around if a puppy moves around on it?

More like fabric. The underside is like a rubbery material so it shouldn’t move. My toddler walks on it and it doesn’t slip

Would this work for a puppy play area? Will it hold up to puppy accident? Can it be wiped clean?

I don't have a puppy..but I think it would work for a puppy play area..it's a nice size, sturdy and yes, can be wiped clean.
