Because I have been trying to return the rubbish I was sent - as a Prime member! - of an old tin of the supposedly "new" tin of Strawberry & Cream SlimFast - whose "Best Before Date" was 6 months ago! And yet, despite protesting at the substitution of an old tin for a new one, by the firm for whom you are presumably acting as a fulfilment service - I have received absolutely NO Help to get the order I have paid for. I do not want a refund - I am still trying to get hold of the item I ordered! And yet your Customer Service has turned out to be totally non-interested in the fact that I am a good customer who needs some help.
