I bought these for holiday gifts bags but saw the ingredients included parabens which I would not use, especially on thin skin nears eyes. Cannot comment on effectiveness since I never used.

I keep re-purchasing these in bulk. I’ve never had an issue with inconsistent quality post shipment, they’re always in good shape when they arrive. For cents per eye, I get to regularly indulge in a little pampering. I’m not sold on whether the gold makes a difference or no, but the gold-less ones from the same company don’t cost any less, so I’m fine with staying on the bougie side of eye pads. Sometimes I wear them to bed and sometimes I wear them in the morning or anytime my eyes feel tired or puffy. They do reduce puffy eyes, but for me, eye puffiness usually goes down after being awake for a while regardless.

These are great! They helped my dark circles under my eyes from my allergies and age. I have very sensitive skin but these did not bother my skin at all. I will buy these again.

i keep these in the fridge and put them on every morning while i have my coffee. while i don’t think i’m getting any collagen benefits, they defintely reduce puffiness and swelling (which was the primary benefit i was seeking). i’ve reordered 5 times:)
