The product chart says refrigeration required. the about this item section says it takes 2-3 business days for shipping. major contradiction?

We say "refrigeration required" because it is a live, probiotic product and not a shelf stable/pasteurized product like some other brands. Upon receipt it needs to be stored in the refrigerator. Our kombucha ships with a 32oz cold pack and a thermal bag to keep cool and mitigate any heat. Even 24-48 hours under zero refrigeration at room temperature there is no impact to quality integrity, thereafter, however, it can be an issue. We ship via FedEx for a 1-2 day transit time.

12g sugar / 12 oz. Most of Bambucha’s sugar comes from the whole, organic fruit that we use and there is some residual cane sugar.

is the product caffeine free?

Caffeine is naturally found in kombucha. We use black and green organic tea leaves in our kombucha, but during the fermentation process it naturally reduces the amount of caffeine in the tea. It is extremely minimal, averaging around just 15mg per serving – barely noticeable to even those sensitive to caffeine and equivalent to a cup of decaf coffee.
