Can you grow these seeds in a garden window and how long do they take to germinate?

I started the seeds under a grow light with a heating pad in March... Pepper seeds like some warmth to germinate... They're notoriously slow... Under those conditions they were popping up in week or so... I transplanted to pots outdoors so can't help you with window sill growing but I've brought potted peppers into the house under grow lights and they do very well... They keep producing... Make sure you spray for bugs before moving them in if you try that
