I like this because I don’t have to have multiple chargers on my nightstand. I wanted black but it was white or silver. I looked at other brands and this seemed to be the best. After receiving it and using it fir about a week my phone stopped charging. I remember reading a review about how good customer support was for this item. I logged into Amazon and went to my order and clicked on customer support and spoke to someone via chat. They recommend shutting off my phone and restarting it. And that actually solved the problem! LOL So if you purchase this they do have a customer support team that can assist you. Also if you have a charging case you either need to have one that works with magnetic charging or your phone will fall off…or take your case off at night when charging the phone.

Works well for charging our iPhone 12 Pro Max before leaving the house a quick charge in 20 minutes, it’s very well worth the money and the magnet is strong with a solid base for my iPod pro and a convenient place for my watch, I purchased one for the bedroom and one in the living room for total coverage.

First one arrived broken and had the appearance of being used.Exchanging was simple, took about 2 days. Replacement looks and works perfectly. My wife had me order one for her nightstand.Not sure how fast it charges but everything is charged by the time I wake up.

While this is nice looking, and the EarPod and watch section works, the main phone charging doc does not charge the phone. I bought 4 of these for Christmas gifts and 3 of 4 not working. I hope I can exchange.

In general it's fine, it charges Apple 14 Pro well and it doesn't fall.My Air Pro also charges them well even with the protector I bought but the Apple Watch only charges it to 80%. BE CAREFUL WITH THE BATTERY
